hey guys
i'm looking at combining my bathmate and extender into one routine, heres how it'll be:
AM schedule (morning)
6am: 10mins jelq, 15mins bathmate
7am: gym workout
8am onwards wearing extender for minumum 5hours
PM schedule (evening)
10-15mins manual stretching followed with 1hour of extender usage
finish with 5minute low level pump
any thoughts or opinions?
5on2off (depending on PI's)
