Thread: Hanging and then Clamping

Has anyone here, themselves, tried this, or ever heard of anyone doing this successfully? I've thought about starting to clamp AFTER a hang session. I figure on waiting 30 min. or so, between my last hang set and 1st. clamp set. I'm hoping this may help with results. Part of my thinking with this is, that many here recommend Edging after a routine. Edging creates much greater pressure in the penis and so does clamping. Any thoughts on this? Thanx.

clamping sounds like a bad idea after hanging. i have been somewhat of a hanger. i hung weights from my dick while it was at least 95 percent or more erect then did hard kegels to raise and lower the weights for several reps. that was pretty intense. i do clamp however and i wouldn't dream of doing clamps after a hang, not the hangs i did nor the standard hang with a flaccid penis. clamp is very intense, doing it after hangs will significantly increase your chances of injury. i am very experienced and i wouldn't do it, i am also giving you the same advice so you do sustain injury. edging however is fine, i edge all the time after clamp or hang.

I wouldn't recommend combining hanging with anything else.
Here's the thing: if your'e injured, you will make no gains at all-- and hanging + clamping (or other intense stuff) will likely get you injured.
