All of us hangers seem to be very interested in healing is the extended state(ADS),or hanging again within 12 or so hrs.(split sets)before we completely heal, thus requiring more weight and/or time to be added to our future routines. The problem I see, is that none of us know how long it takes for our ligs, etc. to heal. Many recommend wearing an ADS after hanging, for up to 8 hrs. or so. Others recommend split sets, approx. 12 hrs. apart.
What if we don't actually heal, for, let's say, 72 hrs. after micro tearing. What good is bothering with an ADS or splitting our sets, since we won't actually be healing in the extended state(with an ADS), due to the possible fact that even 8 or more hrs. wouldn't be long enough for us to heal anyway.
As long as we hang every couple days or so, we wouldn't completely heal between hanging routines. I understand we might should err on the side of caution and hang everyday, but does anyone really believe we would heal completely in less than,say,24 hrs? Is there ANY evidence that we heal any faster than 24hrs. for example? Thanx!

Good question about the healing dugger!
about the ads i can say for my self, that if i hit fattigue when hanging, and then put on my ADS
then i have a fattigue like feeling in my penis all day, because the ads is still pulling with 5-10lbs.
im riding it. and thats can only be a good thing

I know I heal before split sets because my maximum weight always goes up between my last set from the morning and my first split set of the evening.
Why do split sets? Because anecdotal evidence suggests you'll gain more this way.
