question about talking days off while hanging

so after 6 months of pe i've decided to start hanging,and i have one question.How much will days off reduce my potential gains?cause for example during my vacation i might not be able to hang for 7-8.Will it have a considerable effect ?

If you miss 7x days or more you need to take it slow. You will lose most of your skin conditioning in that time.
