Kegels/towel Raises with edging for Enlargement?
I understand that edging and kegels are great for stamina work; however, I haven't read much in regards to their possible effect on penis size. Does anyone know of a thread where someone exclusively tests kegels/towel raises with edging as an enlargement program?
If there is no thread for this, I may take it upon myself to keep a 6-8 week log of my progress. I just bought a new steel ruler and tape measure. I am swamped with school, final year of pre-medical, so I don't want to promise that I will put up a log. However, I will try to keep a notebook, and then transfer it onto here when I get time.
Reason for Measure Strategy
I have read threads about how to measure, but would still like some feedback. All of my measurements regarding length will be taken from the TOP of my penis and NOT THE SIDE, I feel side measurements tend to give you an illusion of more length. I originally planned on using a tape measure for both girth and length; however, I found the tape measure in BPEL gave me a .5 increase in length compared to a straight steel ruler... I allowed the tape measure to run from my pubic bone (metal end cap pressed until it stopped) then all the way to just as it began to drape at the tip. Not sure if I was measuring it improperly, but the current game plan is use tape for girth and straight ruler for length to avoid inaccurate measure. Also, erection will be measured on OFF DAYS, to avoid any temporary post workout plump. Please chime in and let me know what you think guys.
Current Measuring plan:
Length (erect)
None bone press and Bone press, with straight steel ruler
Girth (erect)
Base, mid, and below gland, all 3 will be presented.

First off steel can be cold so be careful! Next, as long as you measure consistently from the same place then you're fine. You not really measuring "how big you are" but rather the change over time and therefore how much you have added to your length and girth. As for kegals and edging, both are good and they are usually incorporated into your pe program. If you would like to just do kegals and edging for a while by all means please report your findings back to the foum.All information helps! Remember there is no such thing as an expert in pe; just someone who has a bit more experience!

I only know of 1 guy who used towel raises and edging as the only growth method, he had good initial gains. A number of members have had growth using kegels and edging as their only growth exercise. As kegals are used in male multi orgasm (mmo) and general stamina increase; edging with kegals is fairly common.
Edging is a fairly natural exercise for the penis and well tolerated. However the weakness is, that the penis quickly adapts to the length of time edging is done for and adaption stops. Of course it can be restarted by increasing the time, but as the starting point for growth gains appears to be 30 min, this quickly becomes time consuming. Several members including myself have been over 2 hours.
There are 2 methods to get around this problem ,the first is to do edging after a normal pe training session ,or at least in conjuction with it. This takes advantage of the fatigue created by pe. The second method is for veterans only and involves doing pe exercises within an edging session. The downside of the second method, is that significant condition is required.
We have a thread on edging for growth, but your input/experiment is most welcome in this underexplored area of pe.

If I do my squeezes I do them while edging. I would say that some of my gains are from longer edging sessions. How much... dunno.

Exactly np97, many guys use edging in addition to pe and what caused growth is hard to know. However, some members including myself, have wandered in the wilderness before finding the pe community. Some of us did edging, before pe in the mainstream sense and got growth. So we know it works, as a stand alone pe method. However, how to intergrate it into other pe methods ,is subject to research.
