Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

      Sept 2010 BPEL 5.25 x EG 4.25
      Feb 2011 BPEL 6.5 x EG 4.65
Oct 2011 1yr posting BPEL 7 x EG 4.8 (now time to work on girth)

I think he means eating it, our skin cannot process those substances.

If you're looking for omega 3's for yourself I recommend krill oil from costco. It's supposed to be a lot better than fish oil and doesn't give you the gross taste. I've used it many times and didn't get the fish burps.

I think cold pressed organic flax seed oil with lignans is best if you're in good health (if you're incredibly unhealthy your body might not be able to process it right).

Even if you take some fish oil, flax seed oil can still be good for your body.

Both flax seed and fish oil are 2x great sources of omega 3--the only EFA that most diets really don't get enough of.

In the case of fish oil, avoid cheap brands since they are more likely to be contaminated or processed poorly (too much heat ruins the oil). Cold pressed is better since the refinement is done with machinery instead of heat...

I have no idea what you are talking about, because I have done some travelling, and live in Europe. And it is not true for my part, Scandinavia has loads of peanut butter though America has more opions. Where exactly do you live? :P
