OK im Asian and is 4'5 yea not very tall. i heard about this a long time ago but nvr bothered to try until now.
im 1 inch flaccid nd 3inch 1/2 when erect,so i consider that very small and not even near average!
so i started sept.27 i do it twice a day for 5 days 200 strokes plus 200 more per week for a month
i stretch it before, half of the strokes,then after
- first workout is in the morning right when i wake up
- no warm up
- stretch and pull for 15 secs nd pull 15 times then rotate both clockwise nd counter
- "milk" it according to number of the week takes 2 secs
- stretch after half of the reps then finish and stretch
then second work out
- warm water warm up
- stretch and pull warm up
- stretch at half rep then finish and stretch
thats my workout routine im wondering is that good? because so far i havent heard anyone doing it twice a day for 5 days
and thats what i do.i also tend to get the urge to play with the guy after jelqing. did it twice but stopped
is that bad? need opinions please !! im relli determined to do this

Hi. From what I Have learned on this site so far, this is what i can say:
U can make gains if u work hard at it and have a good program.
Firstly, you have to warm up before and after pe exercises. Secondly, you dont need to do your exercises twice a day, unless you have time constraints and want to split your routine. You dont want to overtrain. Secondly, some people would say 5 days on and 2 off is 2 much and would recommend 2 on and 1 off or even 1 on and 1 off. See what your penis responds best to, the physical signs. I think the most people start at 2 days on and 1 off.
For your routine, find Jon Pop's 90 day routine and follow that.

Ayoba gave you some good advices here.
You're doing too much and are probably overtraining your penis.
The first thing is to warm up before each session. It reduces the risk of injury and softens the tissue which helps for your workout. Give the rice sock a try!
Secondly, do one complete session a day, no more! You can split your session if you want (some members do it due to time commitments) but doing 2 complete sessions a day is the best way to get yourself injured. And if not, you're certainly overtraining your penis and this leads to no gains at all!
Third, with jelqing, quality is way more important than quantity: you must perform nice, slow (3-5 seconds) jelqs without gripping too hard your penis. You said that you perform 200 jelqs, do you count 1 hand as 1 rep or 2 hands as 1 rep? In the second case, with your 2 sessions a day, it's definitely too much!
Fourth, as I understand it, but I might be wrong, you're stretching your penis 15 times during 15 seconds andrepeat this several time during your sessions! That's again way too much. First do less reps: 5 times max, one in each directions and pull for a bit more time, 30 seconds seems better: when stretching for 15 seconds, you're just playing on the elasticity of your tissues. I'd advise you to stretch then jelq, or jelq then stretch if you want, but not stretch, jelq and stretch again,...
Fifth, for your schedule, 5 days on, 2 days off is fine as long as you watch your PIs.

Remember that you will grow if you put time and energy into PE but you must give it time. Trying to do too much too soon in order to grow faster will only result in injury, especially at the begginning of your journey.
One last thing; having a bigger penis is one thing, using it properly is another, so you should consider doing stamina exercises: kegels and edging.
