Is high erection angle something you can attain from PE exercise/Active Sex Life throughout time with dedication or does it just come from birth, or does it come just from a solid high EQ ?
What I don't understand I heard rumors on different sites that if you have high erection angle and start hanging you lose your angle, but what about Criss Strokes from Brazzers, you can tell he definitely hung due to the stretch of his ligaments and he still has a high erection angle.

I think a lot of guys needlessly worry about their erection angle...
You can hang OTS (or higher angles) to increase your erection angle -- hanging can raise it just as much as it can lower it (the angle). It can be used either direction (hanging BTC / SD will lower the angle, but make it bigger too, high angles can bring it back up if you're that worried about it).
Personally, i would take a much lower erection angle in exchange for a bigger penis... but sure, there are ways to bring it up if its really important to you. I have lowered my LOT quite a bit and my erection angle is still high (from 9 to 7.5 in terms of LOT but my erection still points quite high).

One can argue about the merits of flaccid gain. After all, even if you had the world's largest flaccid, you have to get it hard to use it. On the other hand, what difference does the angle of your erection matter? If fully erect it is straight out, straight up, or sort of pointing down, as long as that bad boy is plump and long momma is going to scream with delight once you enter her!!
