I'm a beginner and have only been at it 4-5 wks but some good results so far.
I began with the whole warm up - stretch - jelg and kegel thing but I'm not crazy about the jelging and reading more I found some say stretching and kegel are the most important .
So I started trying a warm up - stretching and kegels only and did that for a few weeks but in this last week I thought what if I was to incorporate a bit of jelging into my stretching , sort of a 2 in 1 .
So I've been doing 10 mins of stretching and amongst that about 50% blend of some jelging as I stretch and hold .
What do you think ?
2nd question is on your erections surface and texture . I've noticed at around a few weeks in my erections surface began to change , it use to be smooth with veins vut at the moment it's becoming sort of more lumpy texture . I'm not injured at all so I'm thinking it's the new cell structure forming and changing as it grows into it's new size [ hopefully ]
Has anyone else had this - am I reading it right ?

I think the new "texture" of your dick's surface is perfectly normal. I have a more "banded" surface after all these years of p.e.
I think the stretch/jelq combo you descibe is fine, except that I would reverse the focus,and give the jelqing more time, and the stretching less--especially if you are a newcomer.Going411by7 (I was a grower; now I'm a shower).

Glad the moderator approves. Quality time can be hjard to come by.
I catch some extra stretching at the urinal, reserving jelging for the hot bath/soak time.
Warm up, everyone says is critical, so i dont go against this. Get a good pull stretch from
under the testicle sack. Saw the video, forgot the name of the exercise. Just trying to pull
that boy on out. Interesting, but research reveals thats what the surgeons do too.
Pe is just better for ya in the long run.
