Returned to the program today a day early as my unit felt much better than it did this weekend.

Kingpole, what I have noticed is that I can pretty much fully stop an orgasm now by kegeling. Before a few drops would come out, but now I'm not really having that. I may start trying to experience a dry orgasm. The pleasurable sensation actually lasted somewhat during my last PONR, usually pleasurable sensation stops and I just feel pressure down there.

I forgot to add that I recently added intermediate ballooning. I'm getting better at it. I get a huge glan expansion, but doesn't seem to effect my shaft much and the glans rapidly deflate when I stop the ballooning. Its hard to describe what I am doing, I focus on my unit pushing out of my body and growing. I flex my abdominal muscles and hold my breath, I must be increasing pressure because I can do it so hard it borderline hurts and the glans look much bigger. Trying to kegel immediately after to retain, but it deflates too quickly.

I'm sick, so didn't PE on scheduled day. Felt well enough to do a session today, hopefully will be able to resume regularly before final exams.

The sessions are pretty hard, especially the kegel part. (at least for me) If you add the stress of trying to DO plus much of the kegel excercises might be to much.
Why don't you try to do a fora example 2X60 normal kegels and 1x30 long and hard (slowly conctract, the hold hard, then slowy let go), or 1x60 normal 1x30 long 1x60 normal.
I would also add reverse kegels in your sessions. For example:
1x30 norm
1x10 reverse
1x30 hard (while doing the hard ones switch to ballooning, rather than edging)
1x10 reverse
1x30 norm
1x10 reverse
It helps in not over tensing the pevelic floor muscles, and you will be able to (as pirate and many say) experience even better control.
I might actually try something like this myself

Minuteman, for some reason reverse kegels don't work for me, my erection immediately deflates whenever I try to do one.

Reverse kegels take some getting use to... I feel as if they are just as important if you want to keep the muscle balanced and not overly strong on one side. Like having giant triceps and no biceps as a bad example.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG

Glans become extremely engorged during balloon but deflate quickly. My corpus spongiosum is almost non-existent, does not become engorged much. It never has and I am thinking it may be part of the reason my girth is so low. Last measure I took my unit was slightly over 1.5" wide, yet my girth is only about 4.25". Corpus spongiosum is slightly sore during last segments of edging and afterward.
