    Intermediate ballooning

    This was conducted a few days ago. I am stuck doing finals for university this week (labs) and next week (lecture). In addition, I have developed as of yesterday a sharp pain in my left testicle and perineum. I doubt it is related to the exercises, but I will take off a few days to let it recovery.
    Interesting side note, I measured almost 4.5" MEG yesterday after masturbating. I have only measured near this mark once or twice after a long kegel/edging routine, but never measured this high during a standard erection. I could feel a significantly higher pressure within my unit. This is interesting because I feel a similar pressure when ballooning although in the case of ballooning the pressure is mainly in the glans and not nearly as high. I felt the pressure throughout the shaft and it occurred without a conscious effort, I believe it may be correlated to the higher MEG.

    I am hoping for it as my girth usually ranges from 4.25-4.375". I need to be more consistent.

    Girth is not measuring quite as high as it did last measurement. Maybe a fluke, possibly due to the fact that last edging session did not end with ejaculation; therefore, the measurement taken the following day was in a higher state of arousal. All my edging sessions have and will end in ejaculation as I develop painful symptoms due to vasocongestion (blue balls) if I do not.

    Weirdly I've had both this effect with a 40 minute session and the exact opposite with a session over an hour!

    Only difference I can see is that on the 40 minute session where I shot I got to PONR a couple of times and my arousal was higher. On the 60 min session where it dribbled I climbed *very* slowly and only got to PONR once at the end. I used kegels and RKs throughout both times for arousal control.

    i think you could easily overtrain this way i am doing something like this for a month now ....
    stamina and eq boosting
    but you will have to take breaks when you feel soar
    ...one hour of edging and the routine...where do you guys find the time ???

    No routine for me while I'm doing long distance edging, it's the only way I can find the time!
