    Overview and First 5 Sessions

    I decided to conduct an experiment using kegels and edging alone to determine if I could make any gains. I plan on conducting the experiment for 6-8 weeks and will note any size and performance changes. The general plan is to aim for 35-40 mins of edging with kegels utilized at each occurrence of point of no return (PONR) to prevent ejaculation. After ejaculation sensation fades, a set of 1-2 second kegel contractions will commence for approximately 50 repetitions after which edging will resume. Sessions are conducted every other day unless otherwise noted.

    Initial Measure (inches)

    NBPEL: 5.75
    BPEL: 6.5
    BGEG: 4.0625
    MEG: 4.25-4.3125
    BEG: 4.5

    Session 1
    30 mins edging, PONR 3 times, 3 sets 50 kegels

    Session 2
    30 mins edging PONR 3 times, 3 sets 50 kegels

    Session 3
    30 mins edging PONR 2 times, 3 sets 55 kegels

    Session 4
    35 mins edging PONR 2 times, 3 sets 55 kegels
    *Conducted the day after session 3

    Session 5
    40 mins edging PONR 4 times, 4 sets 60 kegels
    *Conducted 2 days after session 4

    Changes in Size and Other Notable Effects
    No permanent changes in size yet, but very early assessment. Temporary size increase noticed during edging after each successive PONR reached, erection size temporarily increases in small progressive increments. Following 3rd PONR, miderection girth peaked at 4.4375, similar changes in BPEL observed as well. This is not a surprising finding and is temporary, but important to note as it may show importance of foreplay in maximizing pre-sex erection size.
    Erection quality approximately the same, erection angle approximately the same. Ability to resist ejaculation, improving. Amount of ejaculation appears to increase with length of edging session and days since last ejaculation (subjective observation, no volume measurement taken).

    My girlfriend made comments about amount and force of ejaculation last night after I received oral sex. Its a subjective measure, but it is unprovoked statement from a third party who does not know that I do kegeling or edging. It is important to note that the days when I see her, I will adjust my routine so that I will finish my edging/kegel session a few hours before she arrives without ejaculating. Apparently, it is having an effect.

    I have been edging and ballooning many years on my own initiative without knowing what this was called . Also kegeling unconsciously during this procees.
    I never saw any change in size.However it is good if you want a big ejaculate and to control your orgasm.

    This sounds like a very good experiment to do. However, maybe you should give the experiment more time before drawing any conclusion: 6-8 weeks is really a short time, maybe 3-4 months would be better... And also, according to what I read in this forum, 30-40 min of edging might be a bit too short to produce gains. People succesfull in this domain seem to think that 1 hour is better, if edging is not combined with PE. Just some thoughts....

    I appreciate the feedback everyone.

    Normal guy, I want to do more edging, but my current schedule does not allow more than 30 to 40 mins. I agree experimenting for 3 to 4 months would be ideal, but like many on here Im wanting to advance over time, Im considering adding jelqing, light stretching and maybe even pumping in the coming months. I may end up doing 3 months though as my dominant shoulder will be getting surgery next month and those other exercises will be off limits anyways.

    Sorry for the delay on updates. I have been swamped with school related work. I managed to get 1 edging session in this week and worked in some ballooning (no kegels). I will resume the normal workout schedule Saturday.

    Partied Friday night, completely dehydrated Saturday. Girlfriend came over and we fooled around. My penis felt "weird" after handjob and manual stimulation. Felt swollen in a bad way. This morning flaccid felt a little rubbery and sore. No routine until at least Tuesday as I want to let it heal.

    Be prepared for some real stiff woodies that don't neccesarily go away after ejaculation. Great for stamina.
