Yesterday night about an hour after I finished my workout I decided to edge before my rest day and try some clamping kegels with my hand to get the blood flowing. Upon becoming thicker with blood which was good I also decided to do some jelqs and noticed that I was getting that good feeling of a good jelq session when you feel the blood being forced into the head. So is it good to do it before or after?
