I am asking because I overdid it (see my other topic). I did some search on google. Some say 30-45 minutes is more than enough. Others say an hour. Also, I have came across some webpages where the authors claim that 25-30 minutes distributed through out the day (about 4-5 times) should achieve higher results. They mentioned something about a healing process. So, what do you think?

I got best results with about 30-45 minutes of jelqing followed by a day or more of rest.Pirate Diplomacy:

yesterday i had the clock with me in showers
warmup was right around 10-11minuts and the session including stretch took 45 minuts in total
could use a bit more time defenetly but not less then this with my routine

i do 15mins in shower 2 days on 1 day off, but directly after my 15min session i'm back in the extender. I'm mainly jelqing a little bit to supplement my extending and I feel like I am getting good results from it so far. Extending seems to neglect glans size and jelqing has been enabling my glans to keep up with the extender gains..starting stats: 6.5-6.6 BPEL 5.5.-5.6 EG
March: 7.2 BPEL x 6.0 EG
March: BPFL 7.7
Goal: 8.0 NBPEL x 6.2 EG

20 minute every day now that I'm on an easy length-routine. I was hitting pretty hard with supras and heavy jelq, then I did 40 min jelq every other day, and 50 min jelq+supra slammers every other day. Monday jelq + SS, Tuesday jelq only, Wednesday jelq + SS, Thursday jelq only, Friday jelq + SS, Saturday jelq only, Sunday off. Gained a fair amount, .3" in one month.
