I need help creating a length based routine.
I need to concentrate almost solely on length with this routine. (girth is covered)
I'm an experienced member (much longer than my join date implies) so I can handle any type of exercise
Sadly, privacy is an issue so hanging isn't a possibility
If someone could generate a routine for me based on this, I would be very appreciative
