ok here it is ive pe'ed befor and im just coming back im looking for a routine that is a little more intense then jp 90 day beginer routine last time i did that i did gain anything. i always felt like i could have done more but i was so worryed about injuring myself i think i should have just made it more intense then. as for conditioning i think ill be fine. so im looking for a good length routine sombody has done with some sucess somthing with more then just kegles jelqing and streches. so if u have a routine u do post it. thanks for any info in advanced
