Has anybody had any success with leg tuck pulls or flaccid bends? And what are the benefits of doing fowfers?

-Leg tuck pulls and fowfers are two types of stretches to increase length.
-Flaccid bends are for girth.
I recommend a normal beginner routine at first, then you can add new things or change it after you've had at least a few months of conditioning (to prevent injury).
