Thread: Base Girth Manual Exercises

So I'm really struggling with base girth gains. I need to fix this problem ASAP. So, does anybody know of any really good manual base girth exercises? You can check my log (see signature) to see what I've been doing so far, but I can assure you that it hasn't had any effect on my base girth.
The only suggestions I've had so far are fowfers (which don't work well since I'm not circumcised), hanging (not manual, nor possible for me due to privacy concerns), and possibly erect bends. SO, I really need some help with this!

Reverse jelqs work well... as do squeezes. Make sure you're conditioned enough to do these.
Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG

How conditioned do you think qualifies as 'conditioned enough'?

I'd say 3 months or so before anything advanced… but you know your body best!

Well, I've been doing this since about mid July, so I guess it's safe. Are reverse jelqs really considered safe at all though? Can they cause permanent damage? Anyway I'll begin incorporating some mid-shaft squeezes and slight reverse jelqs into my routine. Hopefully by Christmas my base will catch up with the rest.

i have gotten very good results from bundled stretches. i had a major concer about base girth, within about a month of consistent bundled stretching, my base is now the thickest part of my dick at slightly over 6''. hanging also seem to work well.

Not sure why you being circumcised or not has anything to do with fowfers. If you are talking about Lazy Ass Stretches then I don't understand your problem with these. I am convinced that LAS's affect base girth, both erect and flaccid. My reasoning is that your base is under a lot of pressure being bent like it is, while the rest of your unit is relatively stress free.

Being not circumcised has everything to do with fowfers because the actual penis just slides further back into the skin and doesn't get stretched as well. I believe Going411by7 has confirmed this before, in an older thread I had posted it (not sure where or I'd link it).
