I'm having a lot of trouble gaining and was wondering if it's due to my stretching. Maybe I'm not stretching hard enough. At present I'm stretching it out completely (as far as it will got without straining), I feel as though maybe I could stretch harder. I have tried stretching harder and felt no pain.
