I'm not sure if this actual technique exists but I read something posted by JonPop and decided to change it a little. What I do:
You can also place your thumb over the dorsal vein as JonPop mentioned in one of his posts, I'm not sure what the benefit of this would be, I haven't experimented with that much yet.

- Work up a nice erection.
- Masturbate slowly whilst holding a Kegel for 5 seconds then holding a Reverse Kegel for 5 seconds.
- Keep on slowly masturbating whilst alternating from Kegels to Reverse Kegels.
- You'll notice your dick really swell up and get very large and hard.
- When you feel the time is right, shoot your load.
