i am not sure if i understand the question

but i think the statement is too black and white... if you are referring to the fact she found it hard to believe her man had gained length, her response is a normal human reaction ...like if a woman spent two weeks stretching and exercising her boobs ..and then walked up to her man and said honey look!! My boobs have grown an inch in two weeks, the first thing he would say is did you measure properly are you sure you haven't just put weight on and he would be skeptical

Woman do like to have a say in areas of improvement with their men, but again I think that is a human thing, a woman might want to lose weight but her partner might not want her too because he likes her body larger, a woman might want to go from blond to brunette but her man might hate the idea because he prefers blonds . a man might think his girl's boobs are too small and try to talk her into a boob job because he thinks it would improve her. so a he would try to control those changes....

And both men and woman can harbor fears,if their partner gets too attractive they will out grow the relationship or their ego will grow too much or it will have a flow on effect and their partners will start viewing them as not as attractive or want them to make changes too.

The men in the locker room, did not have to verify how big they are. So what they are claiming might not be true, and they didn't say all of the men's sizes. So it is possible that some claimed smaller sizes or didn't want to admit their size...
i think it was slightly staged because the guy who was making the doco couldn't be the one sitting in the locker room with the biggest cock he needed to have an element of cock envy because if he had the biggest penis in the room that would work against the general feeling he was trying to portray ... that was the part of doco that bothered me, because the sizes were not something the average man could relate too

Actually many millions, to do the math I would need the total number of guys in the locker and their size. However you can safely assume it is many millions.
