Ruler vs Tape Measure

Okay so i started PE measuring with a tape ruler. However, I tried a ruler as well. I get more gains with the tape ruler. Does anyone else find this odd? I would think the tape ruler is more accurate but then again I could be wrong.

I measure bigger on a tape measure. I use a ruler because I feel less like I am deceiving myself. But then again I take BPEL measures too, which in a sense is kinda deceitful as it gives me .5 extra that no one else can see...

I always get greater measurements with the tape measure because I can follow the configuration of my dick. The ruler does not allow for that. But I have also measured at the same moment using both and the results were identical. So there you go. Stick with whichever way you started, be it ruler or tape measure, and try to be as consistent as possible since your dick, hard or soft, is always waxing and waning, like the moon.
