Hey guys just wanted to get some opinions on the importance of a warm up. I find myself not able/ its difficult to always get a warm up in, and often times because I cant warm up I will miss a PE session. I often think to myself if it is better to just go ahead and just do a session without a warm up and no miss one then it is to only do one with a warm up. But then I think "I am on a 2 days on 1 day off routine, if I do a half butt session tonight, without a warm up, I have my rest day tomorrow and it will be another two days before I will do another session again." How critical is a warm up to a session? If I get my entire pubic area warm with my hands and get the blood flowing and stuff is that almost as good as a warm up, or is it night and day difference between that 10-15 minutes of hot rice sock?
I just feel that when I cant do a warm up I shouldnt do a routine, and I think it is hurting my gains.

There's a huge difference between doing a warm-up with your hands and with a rice sock. For the longest time I didn't warm up and it didn't make a huge difference in my opinion.
It's not extremely critical but for some it makes a difference while for others it doesn't.
You can also consider doing a fowfer while sitting or standing to get proper circulation.

What's A fowfer?

A fowfer is simply when you take your flaccid penis and stick it between your thighs, letting your thighs envelop the penis in a envelope of heat.
I do it to warm up occasionally, it is a great way to warm up in my opinion.

I'm big on the warm up thing. I use a heat pack and a 5 to 10 minute warm-up does the trick for me. As for myself, I would rather do a 5-10 minute shorter workout than skip warming up.The early bird gets the worm, but it's the second mouse that gets the cheese.
