    1) Your fingers/knuckles don't get fatigued from the strain of being bent to clamp the penis. Standard UVs really strained my fingers/knuckles and I found I had to switch hands after every 10 reps as you advised.

    2) There is tremendous strength between the pointer finger and the thumb. Exponentially more than what can be achieved between the fingers. That's why it's necessary to clamp the UV grip on the bottom with the other hand. There's not much strength between the pointer and middle finger. Between the thumb and pointer, however, it's a whole different story.

    3) Since only one hand is engaged for this jelq, it's now possible to integrate part of the UJ method into this modified UV. When you reach the top of the jelq, you can kegel, clamp the second hand on at the base, and get a mini squeeze with each jelq.

    4) The much more touch sensitive finger and thumb combo gives an incredible sense and awareness of directly targeting the CCs. As a result I've become much more aware of the difference between CC and CS and how they each respond to the different jelqing methods ie UJs and UVs.

    5) The finger and thumb combo is more coordinated. I've found no twisting/rotation of the penis while jelqing.
    I'm fairly new here as a poster, and I'm only on my second week of JP90, but I've been lurking and researching for months now. My experience with bodybuilding is helping me so much with noticing PI's and I decided to throw in between 5-10 total UV's during my V Jelq sets of the JP90. I believe I was experiencing the EXACT issues that some were facing here.

    I have short fingers, and I'm quite paranoid about pressure in my knuckles and ligaments, blame being a saxophone music major for years, but I still tried it out. Holy sh*t, the V Jelqs were effective, but these were intense! Not knowing how effective they were, my first two were damn near painful, so I eased up on the pressure, and man it was GREAT. Once I got to 4/5, my fingers started to hurt, and I don't like my precious hands hurting lol. I also noticed that it would sometimes start to twist to a certain side, but it was more so the pressure in my knuckles.

    The thumb and the index finger I knew I should've thought about that. Same principle, just as effective! For me it'll help so much, I just hope that the science behind it is the same. As I said I'm fairly new, but I just wanted to chime in and thank AstonMartini and the og rbi99. It's my off day, so I'll try this tomorrow, but damn! Thumb and index FTW.

    If you do end up trying this rbi99, could you please give some feedback on how effective the various finger grips, thumb/index VS middle/index work, I just want to make sure that if I slightly vary your original concept that I won't be missing out on the benefits of the UV. Thanks again guys!

    The only thing important is that you apply pressure to your CC's. Doesn't matter which fingers you use.

    tried your UV`s% today and can just say theyre awesome! Expansion of the CC`s is very nice even tough i never went over an erection Level of 70%.

    i will now be doing 10-15 mins of normal jelqs mixed with the UV`s and 12 x 30 seconds of O-Bends.

    hope this shit will kickstart my girth gains!

    Even if you are only at 50% erection level, once you squeeze your fingers together when doing UV's your shaft straightens out like it is fully erect. Try getting that effect by only using the force of your fingers to squeeze your shaft as you would if you were doing regular V's.

    I suggest throwing away the regular jelqs and switching to UJ's.

    but you would still go for 15 minutes of jelqing? or could it be too much together with the o-bends

    and do you think they are also good for length? i dont Need to gain more length as i am good 7.6 inches BP right now but i am not sure if ist already cemented. thats why i always had normal jelqs in my routine
