Thread: Help Staying Modivated?

iv been doing PE since about march i have not seen any drastic improvement
iv started a new routine that i belive will work in time
i was just wondering how you guys stay motivated and keep beliving??
also i do my sessions between the hours of 10pm and 12am would i benifit from doing my workouts earlier in the day

Testosterone is highest when you wake up. That said I have always done my workouts before bed.
Try and make PE fun. Watch TV or listen to music or something.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG

Everyone is different as you well know NP. For me personally, I avoid those kinds of distractions when doing my routine so that I better concentrate on what I am doing. My routine is perhaps a half hour long so I don't dread having to do it. Working your unit just feels so darn good, even without major gains I would do this. I don't masturbate very often, and I certainly don't cum when I PE, but it sure feels good!! The fact that even if you don't gain, or gain only a little, as long as you don't PE to excess, it is good for your unit health-wise. As for when to do it, if you are tired at the time of your session, it isn't any different than lifting - it simply won't be as effective. I lift when I feel best which is mid-day, but I have PE'd at all kind of different times. The key is not being tired or distracted in my humble opinion.

i also do my work outs while listening to the radio
im gonna take your advice onboard rbi99
i think il start doing my workouts at about 5pm for a few months and see what happens
