I am trying to get familiar with the Horse Squeeze but I am having a bit of trouble...
As i am uncircumcised (and I have rather a lot of foreskin, i can have a hard on with the skin still fully over the glans..Dont know if thats normal)
Anyway, When I do the horse squeeze my foreskin seems to get caught on my hand and moves down the shaft with it and the frenulum (The Y shaped web of skin that connects the foreskin to the underside of the head of the penis) gets stretched and doesn't allow my foreskin to go any further thus not letting my hand go any further or else it begins to hurt...
Anything i can do to stop this? or any alternative to the horse squeeze?

You can safely assume that people on a forum that deals with penises knows what the frenulum is I am guessing that you could pull the extra skin down to where you are holding the Uli, and "hold it" while holding the Uli. Though if you have just been doing PE for 1 month I don't know why you are doing the horse squeeze in the first place?

Yeah I was thinking his Horse-squeezing is perhaps a little premature.
I've been at this since may and have yet to do a horse squeeze but it's something I've thought of as I am uncut.
It sounds like perhaps your frenulum is a little short, I would just push the hand down as far as is comfortable. Also, maybe bring the hand that starts at the base up a little further to compensate for not being able to go down as far with the other? Just an idea, like I said I'm not experienced in these.
Oh and my foreskin is like that too, completely normal.

Hmmm, it kinda sounds like you have phimosis? I used to have it a few years ago until I did some foreskin stretching exercises for a few months till it could fully retract below the glans. You should look into the foreskin stretching techniques.
What I did was right after I got out of the shower I stretched open the foreskin until I felt resistance, held it for 3-5 seconds, let off for 3-5 seconds, and so forth. I did this for about 15 minutes. You should see improvement within a few weeks.

First, I am totally jealous that you even HAVE a foreskin and moreover that your still covered when your hard!! Basssttarrdd ha ha! Anyway, we should first know how long you have been at PE, like some of the other guys have already mentioned you SHOULD NOT be doing Ulis this early in the game so you may not even have to deal with this issue in the firstplace! Elaborate more on your PE experience and we can go from there.I'm a lean mean PE'ing machine!

I have been doing PE for about 3 months on and off but only 1 month seriously...
I was just trying every exercise once off to get the feel of it to see if I would want to do the exercise in the future and i came across my current situation...

I looked that up haha I also used to have that but i also did stretches and my skin can fully retract over the glans and 1/4 down my shaft...its just the frenulum that hurts...
But anyway thanks for the advice guys!
