So in my introduction post i mentioned that i am focusing primarily on girth so i've come up with this Routine:
Warmup with rice sock 5-8 Minutes
Stretching 4 reps all angles (Down left right)
Flaccid Bend 4 reps all angles (Down left right)
Ulli Squeeze 10 reps
Horse Squeeze 5 reps
Erect Squeeze 10 reps
I've tried it and it usually leaves me sore for the next few days. I was wondering if there's anything i could add or subtract from the routine to optimize it?
Also does masturbating straight after PE affect gains?
