the bottom of my penis caves in, (upwards). I guess the muscle is called corpus spongiosum? it doesnt bump out the bottom of my penis but actually is flat by looking at it, but feels concave when feeling it.. I have no problem maintaining a rock hard erection.

If i'm reading this correctly then you are talking about the bottom chamber being flat as it goes upward towards the tip? If thats so then it seems normal as long as you have no other problems. Perhaps you just have one of those flat-wide peckers, lol. Those are alright, have one myself. My bottom chamber is about the same way, very thick at base and thinner as it goes towards the tip.
