Not sure if this was discussed before.
I have a condition called Reynaud's Syndrome. It mean's that my blood vessels spasm with temperature change, making my extremities extremely cold. My toes are freezing right now, even though the heat is on and I have bedroom slippers on. I believe this is what causes my chronic turtling. As the condition is incurable, I believe I will never escape the shrinking flaccid... I'm hanging now and will be trying to wrap during the day to see if I can still gain.
Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

I agree with you... A Raynaud's syndrome could totally explain a chronic turtling but it doesn't mean that you won't gain if you PE. But you'll certainly gain faster if you can fight that chronic turtling. You can try to apply the plump theory (https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...ighlight=plump): whenever you get the occasion, try to put your penis in a 40-50% erection state.
Maybe, if you've got the privacy it requires, you could think about using an extender... I think that this would give really results reagrding your chronic turtling.

I have Raynaud's Syndrome too. It really sucks, especially because I live relatively North where it is freezing cold in the winter. I also tend to wear gloves and socks almost all the time. Warm clothing on your extremities, including a hat on your head and a scarf to warm up your thyroid (which regulates your body temperature), will help you battle this unfortunate condition.
I have some news for you. It is 100% possible to keep blood in your hands, your feet, and even your dick. You can stop the turtling if you try...HARD. See, this is something that comes over time, and the more effort you put into it the faster it will manifest into your reality.
I have a short remedy that I am going to try out, but I want to give it to you too.
-Warm up your penis with a warm/hot rice sock in the morning. Shove it down your pants and leave the rice sock there for 10-15 minutes. Make this one of the first things you do so that you can preserve your warmth from being in bed.
-Buy warm, comfortable underwear and warm, comfortable pants. Always wear long pants unless you're going to exercise or it is a hot summer day. When your blood vessels are at risk of spasm, they need to be calmed by being warmed up and by you being stress-free.
-Periodically throughout the day, whenever you either have to use the bathroom or feel that you're turtling, go to the bathroom and apply the Plump Theory as suggested in normalguy's post (thanks normalguy and KP!)
-If you feel a small flaccid, simply rub your crotch over your pants to get the blood flowing, or press your thighs together so you're squeezing your dick. I know that Raynaud's doesn't effect the thighs, so they are warm and will help to warm up your penis. This is one of the best and most original techniques I have to offer. I'm doing it right now and it feels pretty good!
Someday, once I have conquered this myself, I promise to write an article to save the sufferers of shrinkage. But for the time being, remember this - if it can be filled with blood when you get a hard on, it can be filled with blood at any time you want. period.

ive always suffered frm cold hands and feet, i have been using cayenne pepper for a couple of months now and i find its great works i take between 1/2 and 1/3 of a tea spoon in the morning with hot water, then shake a little bit into the odd cup of green tea during the day,
p.s i truly believe giving up coffee (used to 5+ cups a day) really helped with turtling and keeping heat in the bodys extremities
