    I have been doing PE for about 4 months now. I have made great gains in erect length and girth but hardly any gain in flaccid length/girth. Every time my dick is erect it looks a pretty decent size, but while flaccid it is still small as hell. I am a bit over weight but I'm not entirely sure if I have circulation issues or what. I take a multivitamin, l-lysine, and super b complex everyday (not sure if that would help knowing what the issue is).

    if you can get a good erection id say forget about any thoughts of bad circulation. just my thought. as for flaccid length, i searched the forums for the same thing and stretching was the answer i got.

    A great exercise to gain in flaccid size is the Lazy Ass Stretch. But don't despair! So long as you keep working out and practicing your exercises YOU WILL grow in flaccid size. I doubled my flaccid length and my flaccid girth is at my bone pressed erect girth size most days. This just takes more time. That's all. You have to think in terms of years here, and not months, for permanent increase in flaccid size.

    Pumping worked the best for my flaccid, both temporary and permanent. Infact I didn't hardly get any flaccid gains UNTILL i started pumping. I believe it works your tissues out more than other exercises, way more thoroughly every single area is touched. You will noticed flaccid girth and width long before length though.

    Thank you all very much for the information. It was very helpful. I will try the lazy ass stretch and/or the bed fowfers. And I do think I have bad circulation because my lower body falls asleep very easily. Dunno if that's normal or not. This question is not relavant to my issue but are the supplements really worth it? I mean I take 2 opti-men multivitamins everyday and just from that my piss turns neon color (which i've read was just excess nutrients that the body doesn't use).
