    Alright, what do you guys recommend for heavy girth exercises, intense. I've been peing for 3-4 months, I'd prefer more girth gains than length. As you can tell im not a beginner, any requests/recommendation.

    It would help if you'd tell us what you have tried? Have you looked through the exercise section? Ulis, horse squeezes, bends?
    A little more information would be appreciated mate.

        Throw out your old jelgs and try UJ's.

          Sometimes I forget that I need to cut back the number of Jelqs when doing UJ's. NEVER FORGET THAT!
