I've been on a girth routine for almost a month now, and I few questions came up:

If you're on a girth routine, is it better to do a length exercise at the beginning or end of the workout, (assuming the length exercise is strenuous)?
How is your dick supposed to feel/look after a girth routine?
What's a safe number of times to masturbate per week on a girth routine?
I warm up my dick in a cup of warm water that I increase the temperature of every 2 minutes. I do this for about 10 minutes. Is it absolutely necessary to do a 15-20 minutes warm up even if you feel the same after 5-10 minutes as you would after the 15-20 minutes?

The first two questions I'm actually wondering, but the last question is only there because I'm usually pressed for time, and a 15-20 minute warm up is a lot of time for me. If it's necessary, I'll do it, but if not, I'll stick to 5-10 minutes due to time constraints.
