1. Raw oysters
2. Raw egg yolks
3. Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
4. Red palm oil
5. Broccoli/brussel sprouts
6. Maca
7. Bee pollen
8. Raw cacao
9. Pomegranates, especially POM Juice.
10. Raw nuts eg. Brazil, walnuts, almonds.
11. Raw garlic
12. Ginger
13. Cayenne peppers or habeneros ect.
Just some of the top IMO.
Most important though is "what are the worst penis foods and or lifestyle factors"...and remember lots of water, fresh vegatables and fruits, healthy unprocessed/unheated fats and small to moderate servings of mediums to rare meats and fishes (never fried).

ha very motivating indeed...thanks for the information Going...im gonna be drinking alot of green tea from now on....i do eat alot of blueberries they are meant to have many benefits,after i train i have these shakes with different stuff like blueberries and strawberries,almonds,pumpin seeds,seasame seeds,porridge oats and protein powder all blended together....sometimes i take acai berries...anybody ever try them....

i would shoot for DHEA, ZMA, and tribullus. all are very inexpensive and are testosterone boosters. you will feel better overall wellness and a nice boost in energy. it will also speed recovery adding to your gains. there are many different approaches, all of which can be effective.

I need to start using coconut oil or ghee for cooking, they seem to be the most highly recommended. I'm not a fan of everything tasting of coconut so I'm going to try expeller pressed coconut oil next time. Unrefined palm oil is great too. I suppose coconut oil and ghee are general health foods not penis-specific, but a healthy body means a healthy penis.
I'm a fan of whole foods over supplements any day. I hate to look in my cupboard and see loads of supplement tubs; I'm trying to cut down as much as possible.Starting stats Nov 16 2010: BPEL 7" x MSEG ~4.9"

In addition to broccoli, brussel sprouts are said to be very good (you know anything that tastes that bad has to be good for you).
Blueberries and strawberries as mentioned, nuts, salmon, a bit of red wine, and chocolate is said to be good for the libido.

I was eating almonds for awhile and was getting erections during the day.
