    Hey everyone I've been following a girth routine And I was wondering what would be everyones opinion on it

    warmup-10 minutes
    helicopter shakes 20 secs x3
    uli 45 secs x3
    horse squeezes 40 secs each finger x 4 (warmup for 30 seconds between sets)
    Clamped bends(my favorite!!!) 45 seconds each way x 4
    helicopter shakes 1 min
    regular jelqs 5 mins
    v jelqs 5 mins
    upward curve jelq(im trying to define my very slight upward curve) 5 mins
    cooldown 15 mins
    and a couple hours later I clamp for 3 sets 10 minutes each with a 10 min break between sets

    Looks like a pretty intense girth workout, if your not getting negative body clue's then it should be OK.

    Thanx alot man! From the first day I could never stick to a specific routine so i just would come up with my own avoiding the advanced moves but now im trying to come up with my own shit build upon as a set routine. So any pros and cons members can come up with are greatly appreciated.

    I think it looks good! I've never done clamping, in fact I've never even done uli's; but uli's seem a little pointless when clamping is part of your routine.
    I mean clamping has been called 'extreme ulis' before...
    Do you warm before the clamping? I'd suggest re-warming in those 10 minute breaks, just to be more careful and because heat is apparently great for girth work.

    What schedule are you going with?

    Have you experimented with cooldowns before? Again, I've never used them but it's advised to limit to around 5 minutes so you don't turtle. But if you don't turtle and you feel 15 minutes is more beneficial for you then by all means carry on my man!

    Have your PI's been ok with this routine?

    I'm also a firm believer in the benefits of edging, I'd suggest doing at least some, maybe even while clamped?

    Oh and while not exactly seen as crucial to size...

    I do ulies on my semi after the helicopter shakes just to get a little more plump for the horse sueezes thier not a real crucial part to the overall program. Between the clamping sets believe it or not blast my penis with the blowdryer! I might have a mininum of 3 sessions a week a 2 days of edging and then i'm off to the girlfriends house for the weekend! So for the rest of thursdays and friday its hands off the equipment till my girlfriend handles it . Also I consume alot of the erection tea so i'm as hard as Wolverines adamantium skeleton!
