Yo,
So I'm a little over 3 months into PE. I finished with the JP90 program. I grew about an inch in length which was good, but it seems like I can't gain girth very easily. I might have gained about .1 inches in girth since I started. I also know that I havent gained any girth in the past month or month in a half. I guess I am just an easy length gainer and don't gain girth easily. I started maybe a week or a week and a half ago doing a girth routine consisting of some ulis as well as some vjelqing. I am just starting to get kind of impatient with gaining girth. It is definitely my main priority and I haven't had much luck with it lately.. Also my base girth is about .3 inches smaller than the upper midshaft. So I might be interested in some base girth exercises. Also I don't think I'm really interested in hanging because I don't want to get that much longer.. Do yall have some suggestions for me? Any help would be much appreciated. THANKS

The exercises I do for girth are kegels, uti squeezes and anything where I can add a twisting motion to it. So Bundle stretches, and flaccid bends as well as do a twist on my jeqls (I am calling them screwdriver jelqs). To get girth gains my thought is I have to stretch the laterally runing tunica fibers.

I had the same problem - couldn't seem to increase girth... however, recently i started doing girth training once every 2 days (instead of 5 on 2 off) and started taking vitamins ( c,b, iron and ginkyo) and have noticed significant gains in only 3 weeks. I havn't been measuring girth so cant give stats but im sure it has made a big difference.

I gained about an inch of length and only gained about .1" of girth in the first 8 or 9 months, but at that point I started to gain girth slowly but surely even though I have been trying to target length gains.
