I just recently started changing my pre-Jelq stretching techniques. Previously, I was stretching in five directions for 1 min each, 30 seconds of which was kegeling. The other day, I decided to do my first thirty seconds kegeling, and the remaining thirty seconds I changed into a tunica tug following the same direction. To be more specific, I stretch it out, wait 10 seconds, begin kegeling for 10 seconds, and then hold a hard kegel for 10. Then, I add a hand at my base, and push in to my pubic bone while stretching my penis with my other hand behind the glans.
Is this doing too much, or is it a good idea?
So far, it feels pretty good.
