I am thinking that those guys who either reached their size or who wanted more but decided enough is enough and have gone to a maintenance routine only, probably don't come here much to keep up with what is happening. However, if some of those guys are here, my question is directed to them, not someone who "thinks" they know, but aren't on one themselves. What has been your experience regarding a maintenance routine? What do you do, and what have been the results? Did you keep what you had when you quit doing a full PE routine?
