You should NOT be training at that high of an erection level. Jelqing like that CAN hurt you quite badly. Then your dick will be 'busted'.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

That's good that you have no problems getting it up easily, even shortly after ejaculating. However, most people here would recommend holding off ejaculation for 2-3 hours after finishing your PE session.
Ejaculating tires out your dick and can slow down the healing & growing process.

yeah i agree with Pry thats great advice....if you want the best results you can get dont ejaculate all the time....it can be hard cos you just get so aroused sometimes but you should probably wait(it will work out better in the long run)....try to keep them seperate...it will give your penis the best chance for healing and growing....of course it is ultimately up to you,its your decision but this question keeps on coming up over and over again so i tried a little experiment myself and the verdict was it seems better to keep your PE training sessions and your ejaculations seperate...Starting Size-------6.75" x 5.0"
Last Measurement-7.25" x 5.25"
Destination---------7.5" x 5.5"

Yes, all of the above is true. If you're getting that worked up with your workout, back off a little and let your self calm down. a couple hours after PE seems to be the consciences. The enemy of good is not badThe enemy of good is better
