  • Getting erect during session? Try this.

    It's easy to get erect during workout. Especially as a newbie, also when I switched back to stretching I get little erect sometimes which hinders the stretching.
    It's more of trouble to get hard during stretching than during stretching.

    The theory is behind this is to minimize the amount of blood in the penis when you start the session.
    It's not easy since sometimes our penis is meaty and filled with blood, still soft.
    These days you often get erect very easy, just by touching the dingdong.

    What you should do is to so physical workout before the PE. When doing physical activities the blood is taken from not used parts of the body to the parts who need it.
    Since we don't use our penis during physical workout we take the blood out. Doing PE after physical activity is much easier since there is less blood in the penis.

    I usually run before my PE. I don't run because of PE..I do it to be healthy. But I do them together to get less erect.

          That's the reason why the penis turtles after a physical workout. It doesn't contain as much blood

              I actually waited for about almost an hour after my workout tonight to PE...makes total sense!
              BPFSL = 7.25 in.
              BPEL = 6.25 in.
              EL = 6 in.
              EG = 5.50 in.
              FL = 5 in.

                        So do it after gym only if you want to avoid erections? No other bonuses? Like bigger testosterone etc.

                              I always try to pe after I do a session of p90x. It means the blood is flowin and my penis is yes turtled but quickly becomes nice and pliable.
                              Start. - Sep 2010. BPEL. 6.5 MSEG. 4.875
                              Current - BPEL. 7.0. MSEG. 5.0
                              Goal. - Vote in the "How long it took for 1 inch" poll
                              And BPEL. 8.0. MSEG. 6.0
