I finished my second cycle last week, but had a cold week 5 and 6

my routine was

10 minutes warm up

600 side to sides

40 squeezes

30 minutes edging

2 days on 1 day off

i gained 3mm in length and 2 mm in girth EQ not the best

I'm going to rest an extra week to make sure I'm over the cold

then I'm going to just do side to sides

400 in the morning and 400 in the evening , 1 day on 1 day offf - 01-19-2019Big Al

Will it work if i add 8 squeezes and 50 stretches each week? Progressive overload is the goal correct?

Im starting with 5 squeezes and 50 stretches. I should be around 48 squeezes and 1000 stretches in 6 weeks.

So, just to confirm - we should always be thinking of increasing our reps in terms of %'s rather than the number of reps?

So, for example, someone doing 20 Squeeze's and 200 Side-to-Side's would add 1 Squeeze (5%) and 20 Side-to-Side's (10%) per session?

Whilst, for example, someone doing 40 Squeeze's and 400 Side-to-Side's would add 2 Squeeze's (5%) and 40 Side-to-Side's (10%) per session?
