Hi I was wondering how close should my hands come together when doing the squeeze? I usually do it until they're about an inch apart, is that too close? Thanks.

Yeah I do it without lube so no sliding. So as long as there's no sliding it should be okay? Can you give a rough idea of how close they should get? I go pretty close like until there's about an inch between both OK grips, I'm guessing that's the wrong way then? Thanks.
If I only do the Side-to-side stretches, is that a good routine for lenght only -gains?
Should I do that to focus on lenght first, then girth later? (According to the Hanging 101 guide, you lenght is harder to gain as girth increases)
That could work :)
Focusing on one aspect first does allow an acceleration if gains in that area because one can devote more recovery resources to it and train more frequently. If you wanted to target both at the same time it shouldn't be an issue. If a penis is larger (and fit) it would merely require a bit more effort to get it to enlarge.
@Big Al, is it the case that girth starts to significantly hinder lenght gains only after a certain treshold, or is the whole idea fundamentally false?
My stats are 18,5 cm BPEL - 12,5 cm EG.
"devote more recovery resources for it and train more frequently"
So if I chose to do only one of the two exercises, should I exercise several days in a row instead of every other day?
Thank for the advice.
I haven't found a correlation. In most cases trainees are advised to start with both length and girth. This is especially the case with jelq based routines- as the jelq typically addresses both length and girth.
You're welcome :)
You should be able to get away with training an extra day per week.
So I've been doing this for about a week and I think I'm getting positive PIs, but one question I have is how long should the warm up and down be?
The instructions say the whole thing should just be 35 mins max, wamr-ups and downs included, and I've been going by the JP90 instructions for warmups which means 10 min for warm up and 5 min for warm down, which leaves 20 min for the exercise itself.
Is that fine or should the warmups be shorter and the exercise be longer?
Warm up and warm downs should be 5-7 minutes each.
