I recommend going with the exercise that gives you the best quality of tissue stretch.

I'm at the 2° week of the routine, slowly getting used to it, I'm always on the safe side and trying to add a bit more work at a very slow pace, everything good so far.
In the meanwhile my Phallosan arrived.
Do you think I can add it during the day, even on rest days, and keep going with the jelq-free routine, or rest days must remain REST days?
thank you, so maybe I will park my PHALLOSAN for later and finish my cycle with the AJFR.
Once I start using the extender, I think I might have to stick with it in order to avoid overtraining, the principle should be low tension for long time, the opposite of aggressive stretching.
I will start in September.
My concern is about girth, is there anything specific I could add to PF to work on it? Or do you think I just have to leave the PF do the job and forget everything else once I start?
I was just finishing my 4th week of the routine and I had to take a week off due to life happening. Should I just pick up where I left off or start over from a 2 steps forward 1 step back? This routine is awesome! I haven't measured but have had some great results! Just need to know how to get back on track. Thanks in advance for any advise.
PF training and the Jelq Free are two very different methods. If one is giving you gains, then why switch?
If you need instructions for PF training, please consider the following: Phallosan® Forte Device Protocols for Increasing Penis Size, Strength and Potency
thank you Big Al, I read everything! When I ordered the PF I thought I could keep doing the Jelqs free routine adding PF to maximize results and hold it elongated at slow tension during the day. I’m at the beginning of JF routine, so I can’t say I had any result so far, that’s why I wanted to wait an other couple of months, before using PF, as you said that it can be too much to include both at the same time.
of course if in the meanwhile I ‘ll see some decent gains from the routine itself, I could keep going with it until needed, and wait to use the Pf.
Thank you so much Big AI for this routine
Completed my first cycle and below is the outcome
Starting
BPEL: 6.1
NPEL: 5.7
MEG: 4.5
BEG: 5.O
and after The Advance Jelq-Free Routine
BPEL: 6.375
NBPEL: 5.875
MEG: 4.75
BEG: 5.0
Length gain: 0.275’ in BPEL and 0.175’ in NBPEL
Girth gain: 0.25’ MEG
Started with 300 s2s and 25 squeezes and ended with 630 s22s and 42 squeezes in the first cycle.
Thanks once again Big AI. I have a few questions
I have a left curve which became too obvious when I first started the s2s using my left hand for 2 weeks. I had to use only my right hand for the rest of the 4 weeks which also contributed in reducing the left curve. But using only my right hand for the s2s is very tough for me and sometimes I have to take long rest before continuing. I want to know if there is a length exercise you can recommend I use to replace the s2s? An exercise that is more intense with lesser volume compared to s2s?
As for the squeezes, it looks good. Can’t I exceed 50 squeezes? I normally do my squeezes within 75-85% erect and cannot go beyond that because my hand is not strong enough to hold a good grip for the squeezes.
