    If only I had read this carefully... Started with 1,200 s2s reps on the first day, and I was wondering why I was turtling immediately after my PE sessions.

    Yes- the 1000 rep mention is a recommended MAXIMUM.

    Big Al, are there any video demonstrations of s2s? I am particularly interested in looking at the duration of each set (both sides). Some members in the forum mentioned doing fast repetitions.

    Hello again, Big Al. Been back after 9months. Curious, should I just continue your recommended advanced exercise?

    Girth: Advanced Squeeze, ULI

    Length: Tension Stretch, Ruler Stretch

    I started January, MWF.
    AS - 10 reps
    ULI - 30secs; 3reps
    TS - 10 reps
    RS - 20 reps

    Current (adding 1 rep every after 6 weeks):
    AS - 10 reps
    ULI - 45secs; 3reps
    TS - 15 reps
    RS - 20 reps

    Can I Increase the nr of squeeze past 50? I'm currently at 440 s2s and been doing 50 squeeze at 60-80% for the last 2 weeks. What's the next step for the squeeze to make it more challenging? Do I increase the rep by 1 each session? Is there a max total reps?

    One can go past 50 reps if they're making gains with the same format.

    Another way of adding intensity is to switch from the standard to the advanced Squeeze.

    Increasing the degree of erection also helps increase intensity.

    As for adding reps, how much added is usually based on the whole. For Squeezes, I normally recommend adding 1 rep per session until one can perform 20 reps total. From there, adding 2 reps per session is advised.

    Hey!

    So I've just finished the first 6 weeks and would like some advice/pointers if you have the time. I apologize for the long read.

    So, I started with the recommended minimums for both s2s and squeeze.
    Squeeze seemed to go well, didn't have any issues. But when I got to s2s, I almost immediately started losing my flaccid after 15-20 stretches. Read up on it and a lot of people were saying my little guy just needed to get used to it. So I continued and I ended up doing the 100 s2s having to take breaks every 15 or so stretches for about 1-2 minutes to go back to flaccid.

    6 weeks later, I'm still with the same issue. I increased my numbers and I'm at about 250 s2s stretches, but I still have to stop every 15-20 as I keep losing flaccid and gettong to about 30/40% erect. So my routine takes much longer as the majority of it is me waiting to go back to flaccid. I've had no noticeable gains in length over the 6 weeks (gained girth, about 1/8th an inch).

    I've tried doing s2s first, last, after edging, before edging, watching tv, reading... it doesn't matter. I feel like 6 weeks is enough time for it to have gotten used to the stretches by now?

    So I guess my questions are:
    1) is constantly having to stop and start the stretching due to erections hindering my length gains or would doing the stretches with breaks every ~20 not really matter as long as I get the total number done?
    2) Any advice/ideas at all to help maintain flaccid throughout stretching? Was 6 weeks not enough and the little guy just needs more time to get used to it?
    3) I don't feel anything after I'm finished doing the routine. No stretched sensation, no soreness, no fatigue. My little guy feels exactly the same as before the routine, and doesn't look any different (more stretched). Is this normal, or am I supposed to be feeling something after finishing. And if so, could it be because I'm not able to maintain the stretching for the entire amount and have to take breaks? The one thing i do feel is soreness at the base the next day if I stretch the penis.

    To answer your questions:

    1) Excessive pausing will downgrade the quality of your sessions. You can stretch without issue until your erection gets to >50%.

    2) When that happens, give your glans a firm but not painful pinch. This should help your erection to subside.

    3) Soreness is not a good indicator of progress for this type of training. The exercises, reps, etc. are all INCIDENTAL to achieving a high quality level of tissue stretch. If you're not feeling/observing this during a session, then something is amiss!
