    Thank you so much for the response!
    Just a couple of quick follow up questions if you don't mind.

    What does 50% look like? I've always had trouble gaging levels.

    If after a session I'm not feeling any fatigue nor am I seeing any visual differences, would you recommend a break for a week or two and trying again or could stretching just be not for me? I've tried several different types of stretches throughout the past couple years and I can never seem to really feel anything after I'm done regardless of how hard I pull, other than soreness at the base the following day.

    A 50% erection is quite flexible, but begins to be cumbersome for stretches.

    A break should be taken due to fatigue. A lack of gains could be the result of different factors, so that in and of itself isn't cause for a break.

    I have a question,
    If i do only side to side stretches 4-5 times a week, how many reps should I add every workout or week?

    I started with 150 reps yesterday, what about today? Should i add more and how much?

    Adding about 10-15 reps per session should work.

    Thank you for the thread. I have read the posts but cannot find a video. Is there videos how to do correclty Squeeze and Side-to-Side? I found the threads about them but there it is explained obly with texts and i cannot find any video. Do you have videos about this 2 tactics?

    The Erect Squeeze, but in your case you should start at about 70% erect.

    is it recommended or does it worth to do together with this work our also jelqings? With jelqing together will it have better result?

    I wouldn't recommend adding any exercises to this already full regimen. That being said, the Jelq Free routine is modular, so the Squeeze can be replaced with any appropriate girth movement.
