    I've always had a small flaccid, and with poor circulation comes A LOT of turtleing. I've been on my new routine of hanging (couple weeks) and have added clamping (only a few days in). I can say, I have my first gains (not bpfsl but just natrual length) since around the time I started PE couple years back - about Oct 08 when I gained about 1/2" off the bat, then NOTHING!

    Anyways, I don't have exact measurements since it's not the stretched (which I don't believe has changed). But the fact that it seems to hang between 1/2" and 1" lower is pretty exciting. I feel "normal" in the locker room now with a 3.5" hang (which before could shrink to as much as 2" when turtled).

    Just preliminary, but thought I'd share.

    Have you tried LAS's? If not, jump on them now!! You will gain 1/2" easily in a matter of weeks. Along with length you will also get some flaccid girth improvement also.

    can you do bed fowfers aswell instead of the LAS??
