Thread: 1-month, high intensity routine

ok so to start off i am very experienced with this stuff i've been messing around with it for awhile. I have very few posts on the site but i've been reading for much, much longer. I have at least 9 months to a year under my belt, have tried pretty much every exercise posted, and I know how to avoid injury.
That being said...I am going home for christmas in a week or so and for 1-month I will have ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD to PE. For the past 3 months I dropped my routine and I have recently lost over 0.5 inches in both length and girth to bring me almost back to my original size. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!! So,... for the month that I am home I would like to have the best possible 1-month routine (time spent during the day is not a factor, i could play with my dick for 3 hours everyday if i have too) that will help me get my gains back...
Does anyone have any suggestions that will help me get my size back. I was thinking morning and night sessions with maybe some mid-day edging. I really want length to be the first priority but not by a lot I know girth is more important for volume. If anyone has a really intense workout plan that they would like to share with me that would be great or any suggestions would be appreciated.
Veterans help me out here. I know you guys have some great workouts written down I reallly want to get serious about this and potentially keep a log because there is no way I will remember all the different exercises and nuances of potentially an hour plus long workout.

Well, if you didn't PE at all for 3 months, you need to start again with a beginner routine. I don't think that you need to do it 3 months but your penis is certainly deconditioned (your loss of size is a proof by itself) and trying an advanced routine now will lead you only to injury... I know that you don't feel like a beginner but such a long break would turn any of us back to beginners...
Fortunately, you should regain your size quickly...

Alright BonerPants, If you've looked around and know all the moves and you have conditioned your penis. You should draft a plan and then ask for feedback. I can't, for the life of me, imagine what you are even asking for.
With all your reading I am surprised that you didn't know about cementing your gains. You cant' just stop your PE and expect thing it stay the same. Think about it, your penis has spent a lot more time at it's earlier size than it's new size; why would it not return to it's starting point?
If you have become familiar with your penis then you would best, if not the only one, to make a high intensity plan for a month. Throwing it out there like you have is like saying, "Does anybody know how I can really hurt myself? I have a whole month to ruin my dick."The early bird gets the worm, but it's the second mouse that gets the cheese.

You more than likely will hurt yourself.Let's say you lifted weights for years and then take three months off. Do you think you'll be able to lift what you lfted before you took your mini vacation? Not likely! You don't think that the little you can do when you start back into lifting will not result in sore muscles? How about staying with the beginners routine for 2 weeks and then get into whatever suicide pe routine that will give you tremendous growth in a short span of time which won't really work and will end up with a injury but don't let me stop you. I'm just a negative guy!

I can't hurt myself if I let my PI's tell me what to do. And also I haven't taken a complete hiatus from PE i still stretch in the shower at least a little bit everytime and occasionally jelq too when I can. And everytime I masturbate I edge like a madman so my dick is still feeling good. Plus I take horny goat weed so the blood flow is great which protects against turtling. Too whoever said they don't know what I'm asking for... I would like a girth routine to do in the mornings and a length routine to do at night...
