Ur beliefs direct ur life, ur believing it won't work. So it won't.
Choose to stop pe. No ones stopping u. But u did post in here maybe of the hope someone can help convince u not to stop.
Just think if in 6 months to a year time and u get ur head righgt and u devcide to return to give it another shot, you couldve had all that pe time under your belt with some impressive gains.

Have you tried clamping or pumping?
I suggest jelqing until you get conditioned, throw in some ulis and squeezes and then proceed to clamping or pumping.
Sure, you may have to do it the rest of your life.
But clamping feels so good that I would do it 10 min every day, the rest of my life, if all I got was better EQ.

Guys, you need to read his reasoning before telling him to continue. IMO, if he doesn't feel comfortable progressing from here after the issues he has seen, then he should not do so. His issues are interesting however, as I have, for lack of better terms, beat the heck out of my penis for the last two years, and have not experienced any issues. (knock on wood)My progress notes

Yeah, John did A LOT of heavy research before doing any PE other than edging and kegels. He was a major skeptic and I think just seeing anything that possibly resembled an injury was enough to scare him, which is fair enough.
I hope he does find a good woman, seemed like he's had a lot of pain in relationships. Good luck to him.

I read your story and I just had to reply. By the way, this is my first posting here. When I read what you wrote I thought "That's me!".
I too had what might be considered by some a small penis, about 5.5X4.5. Not good. I know I thought it was small. The women I was with, well most of them didn't say you've got a small cock, but because I've also had more than my share of cheaters, I always wondered, was it the size of my cock that made them run off with some other guy? Anyway, I'm now in my early 50's and since starting to do PE in earnest, like actually doing it on a program, I am making progress. I will say that the progress has been slow but progress it is.
On my start date, Feb 11, 2008 I wrote down my starting stats, and I have gained a full inch and a quarter in bone pressed flacid stretched length, from 6.75 to 8.00. Cool eh?
Now these gains came so slow, like I would measure every damn day and not really see a thing but over time, and it has been almost three years, look at how much I have gained!
My stretched bone pressed erect length is, to me, amazing, almost 7.25 inches. Of course, my non bone pressed non stretched erection isn't what I'd like it to be but it too has improved from just under 6 inches to about 6.5. A gain to be sure but I'll probably never get to 8 inches.
Johndoe, you are young, this PE Stuff will work if you keep at it. I'm in my fifties and it's working but if I had known about this when I was your age, man I would keep at it. You will gain!
Ok, so the girth.....well it used to be about 4.5 to 4.75 and today, that is where the gains are pretty good. I'd say I'm up to about 5.5 to 5.75 depending on the day.
If I could go back in time I would have started this PE stuff before I had reached puberty, I would have had a really nice one - twenty years ago!
Not that I'm complaining about what I have now, it's just that I spent sooooooo much time feeling bad about myself, avoiding women, avoiding even the restrooms at work, and hiding out so I wouldn't have to date, play the game, risk rejection, all of that, that I missed out on so much just because I was hung up on my penis size.
So Johndoe, my advice, (and this is coming from a man with deep regrets about how I handled my life with regard to my cock size and how I thought women might feel about it) is to continue with PE for at least a year because you will make gains, they may come slow, but when they do, you will feel in control of your cock and want to do even more. So please, do not give up. It does work, maybe not overnight, but in time it does.
And because this is my first post here, I have to give thanks to all that have shared their very private stories about their penis and how it can effect one's self esteem and what we can all do to improve it and make our cocks into whatever size we want to.
I'm sure that's pretty bad grammar but you get the idea. Years ago I couldn't have even thought of talking about, much less writing about my penis especially on a public forum but again, I thank all of you here for making everyone feel welcome. There need not be any shame about the size of anyones cock. To Johndoe and all the others, may you reach your dream cock size! I do think, actually I know, that it can be done.

Hey John, if you want to quit pe that's all up to you. You don't have to quit coming here.You know that we all talk about many things so why not stay a part of this place whether you do pe or not! Judging by the number of members that came to help you out it might be a nice place to stay and chill with us!

Thank you for the support everyone. I think there is a misunderstanding as to why I am quitting PE. I am not leaving because of lack of gains, I began PE understanding that gains can take a year or longer. Thank you for the invite to remain on the forum and I will probably check back in occasionally as I have met interesting and kind people here. Below I copied my reasons for why I am quitting PE from my other thread. I may see a urologist if the what I am experiencing doesn't resolve in a few days and I will keep you guys updated.
I have decided to quit PE.
After only 4 sessions of wet jelqing and stretching, the distal end of my dorsal vein where it branches has become distended. I used a moderate grip at 50-70% erection level. The vein at the base seems somewhat firmer than it used to, but not rock hard. The base of the dorsal vein now shifts .5-1 cm to the left or right when touched. My vein never moved before when touched until now. The two distended sections at the top of the vein appeared to increase in width, height, and shape deformity after each jelqing session and were most visible in flaccid and semi-erect states. I have taken several days off and the distended sections do not look as bad as they did, but are still present. The vein is still able to be moved significantly at the base. I am hoping the distention is primarily caused by inflammation and is not indicative of permanent valve damage. In either case I am done with PE, as inflammation is a sign of cellular damage and significant injury will be shortly following if the offending action is not ceased.
Distended and Varicose Veins
Thrombosed veins are occasionally discussed on the forums and occur sometimes in PE, a thrombosed vein is a vein that is blocked due to a blood clot. However, varicose veins and vein distention are not commonly discussed. I want to bring attention to this as it may help prevent injuries. A vein distention occurs when the valves of the veins are damaged. They can be damaged by pressure such as in the case of a pump or mechanically in the case of jelqing. When the valves do not function properly they can't properly release blood from the vein and the blood pools. The pooling of the blood then causes the vein to distend and can lead to a varicose vein. These deformities to the vein can and do lead to circulatory issues. Penile varicose veins are harder to treat than varicose veins in other parts of the body, I encourage everyone to research the topic.
I am not the only one who has experienced this in PE. Many attribute it to increased vascularity, but the presence of non-symmetrical raised knot(s) is not indicative of normal veinous development. Best case scenario is that in my case this is simply inflammation and will shortly resolve. However, for others this has not been the case. A member at thundersplace PM'ed me today to inform me that he is also quitting PE after being active since October due to the development of a distended dorsal vein.
Trying to Cope
I feel I don't have much of a choice in terms of quitting. I have noticed a negative change in the physiology of my penis and I do not feel it to be wise to continue given that I may risk the functioning of my penis. Its unfortunate because I haven't fully come to terms with being smaller than average and I had hoped that maybe I could make a change. I think it is reasonable to conclude length gains are possible with regular and careful stretching based on the large amount of anecdotal evidence on the forums. I have not found it reasonable to conclude that girth gains outside of EQ improvement and edema are possible. The reports claiming permanent girth gains with detailed progress logs and pictures are extremely rare, this is odd considering thundersplace alone currently has over 100 thousand members. Two pumping studies didn't even find girth increases and one of them tracked patients for 3 months with the pump being used for two 10 minute sessions daily. I have a more in-depth explanation of my reasoning and findings from months of reading on the PE forums in the thread "Girth Gains are Temporary", so I don't want to rehash and make you guys read something you may have already read. Girth is what I am after as I am 6 inches NBPEL, yet only 4.375 MEG, so to continue practicing PE with just stretching will only exaggerate my thin girth.
I will continue kegeling and drinking green tea as I did see an increase in libido and EQ. I am just trying to come to terms with being smaller. I am going to read more on sexual techniques and try to compensate.
