Here is what i have come up with.
20 minutes warm up
3 reps of 20 second stretches, up, out, left, right.
2 reps of bundled stretches 20 seconds each. Held straight out.
15 minutes warm down.
Sex later that night 30 minutes or more.August 10- 5.5" x 5.25"
Jan 11- 6" x 5.75"
July 11- 6.25" x 5.75"
Goal- when she says STOP" x 6.75" in girth

Other than suggesting you have straight down stretches in there aswell I think that it looks pretty good. Hold times are pretty short but you've only just come off your newbie routine so that's probably good.

Yeah I forgot about straight down, thanks for reminding me. Should I increase hold times in a few weeks? Slowly move up to 30 seconds?
August 10- 5.5" x 5.25"

How about a 10 minute warm up; afterall life is short.In 20 minutes you could cook the guy! Are you jelqing? ( sorry I don't have time right now to read your earlier posts)

What beginner routine did you do? How long were the stretch times in that?
I'd think you can increase the stretch times after a while yes.
What gains did you see from your newbie routine also?

JP90's beginner, i just did it a little longer than 90 days. 20 second holds on those stretches.
August 10- 5.5" x 5.25"
Jan 11- 6" x 5.75"
July 11- 6.25" x 5.75"
