    Hey all,

    So as the year comes to a close, I stand on the cusp of my holiday to the coast, with my penis being a little above average, my patience non-existent and I may or may not be needing a drink or two to get to sleep these days.

    Its been a hell of a year, and this will be my first break from work in all that time.

    I restarted PE using my extender and a light workout around 2 months ago; mostly due to the aformentioned holiday fast approaching, I decided to whip my penis into what I was hoping now would be deemed a "Snakedick".
    Of cause there's no such thing as a "quick" inch or two, and now I feel a little wiser knowing that this process is something I need to commit to, and not be watching the clock and measurements constantly.

    So of cause with the new year comes a new round of resolutions and a bench mark I can set and improve upon, and of cause I'm reaching out to the minds here on this forum for your help.

    I plan to engage in PE solidly and consistently throughout next year using the lessons I've learned from the short period this year which I'll rehash here, hopefully educating a newbie or two while I'm at it.

    1: Like I said above, there's no "quick" way to do this whole thing, if you wanna have a huge penis for your holiday/formal/prom/wedding/divorce/date/reunion/foray into the seedy side of home-made porn/business trip/honeymoon, find out when you need to be big by, and start a year before that date.

    2: An extender's comfort level is much much much more important than the tension you can get on the thing, find a way to strap in with a head swell at a comfort level that'll let you do it for hours safely.

    3: No matter what device you have, how much money you spent, never underestimate the jelq; an extender may be the leather interior, hanging may be the mag wheels, a bathmate may be a hardcore fuel injector system, but the humble jelq is the engine of your car, and just like the engine, it'll get you from A to B.

    4: This forum is a free resource that should be considered just as important as anything in your PE arsenal; the chance to ask questions, solve problems and share tips has probably made more men huge than just following the instructions included with your devices/supplements/workouts.


    So I've made a commitment, to myself, my penis, you guys and whoever is recording my keystrokes...

    2011, is the growth year. I plan to achieve my goal of 8.5 inches BPEL by this time next year, starting with my current length of 6.7 BPEL, and 5.5inches EG starting at 5inches EG. I don't feel I've set unrealistic goals by any means, however if I need a healthy dose of reality, please tell me.

    My motivation was previously killed by a lack of a "quick fix" and the fact that I couldn't rig my extender to not hurt, I've given myself a full year, and I've worked out how to strap in comfortably from now on, so hopefully that's my problems solved, and with it, any excuse I can come up with.

    The plan!

    I'm currently working on a 5 days on, 2 days off split with as much consistency as possible, of cause sometimes I'll be out on weekends and I'll have to find somewhere to catch up on my exercises... but this is the current plan.

    On days: 100-200 wet jelqs, standard stretching, 2-3 hours of extending in my X4.
    Off days: Piss pulls (to keep myself long), standard stretching.
    Optionals: extra hours in extender, more advanced jelqs as the months tick over.

    I'm also thinking of starting the year with the tried and true JP90, just to set the standard and get me well on my way.

    Anything anyone wants to add, please do, this workout is simply a plan that may, and probably will be modified according to the experts on here who are simply more knowledgable than myself.

    Please, lets open this up to the experts who think I'll benefit from a different type of workout.

    The only things I should note is that my off days happen on Wednesdays and Thursdays as I have to start work at 4am on Thursdays meaning an early night Wednesday and an early night Thursday, I do my workouts at night before I sleep.

    So that's my rant done, I forsee next year's evenings spent strapped into my extender making forum posts and laughing at failblog, but if you have anything to add or want to totally redesign my workout, do so!

    Damn nice rant

    I certainly hope you reach your goals. And thanks for the post - there's quite a few gems in there I will be using towards my own goals for next year!

      I just realised I should probably include some sort of warm up in my routine as well, any advice, please do share!

        Great post. Hope you do get involved in the forum.
        About your goals, quite realistic depending on what type of gainer you are, but always remember and appreciate that ANY gain is a good gain.

            Why exactly do you want to strap into an extender tight enough to have your circulation cut off and head swelled? To me that says low bloodflow. Maybe even possible damage...
