So ive been at this stuff for exactly 2 months today, noticed great length gains of .5 but absolutely nothing in girth. nothing! maybe a bit at the base. Considering this is where i want to see most of my gains im thinkin i'll change my routine. So far its pretty much been a jp90s give or take a few things some sessions. Now im thinkin of startin with 20min warm up, 10ulis, and then straight into the normal routine.(wet jelqs followed by v-jelqs then warm down) i want to do the ulis first because im warmed up the most at this stage - straight after the warm up. Problem is this doesnt allow for stretching. But then again its not length im after so no big deal i guess. What do ye guys reckon? Should i have shown at least some moderate gains in girth at this stage? Should i still stretch? I dont think i'll do Ulis every session because ive done em before and my EQ went fairly bad. Any other tips on gaining girth?
One more question, my length def fluctuates. Im not the only one to notice - my girl did too. Its bigger after i cum once and go back at it. I really dont think this is down to EQ because frankly im hard as a rock any time i have sex.. Is this a normal observation? Why cant i always reach my full potential? Also its bigger after edging. Is it just the length gains havent fully 'settled' yet?? How long before they do if thats the case? and wheres my god damn girth!!

Well I'm glad my advice went well in your log haha. IMO it's the 90 day routine for a reason, plus girth gains are slower in general aswell. But well you seem to have a plan, and if you've tried ulis before and know how your pal responds then that's good.
I think you are just edging to a bigger size like I said, or they're just temp gains post workout etc.
How long do you intend to hold the ulis for? Start low I would say, 30 secs max just to test.

haha, i was countin on your advice there too!! Ya i think every second day should be enough to start. and maybe as you said, 30 sec holds. dont want the wee fella to burst on me haha. And you think 10 reps is too much / too little? But thats dissapointing if they're not real gains tho. Still, better than nothing i suppose. But you reckon i should hold back for another month then? Era i suppose your right, maybe im just being over ambitious.

10 does sound like a lot, it's obviously all about the PI's man but you know that. You looked at kingpole's girth program? What you're aiming for looks a bit similar I suppose.
It's not that they're not real, it's sort of like how Gyrta now tracks BPFSL after every workout looking for temp gains. Clampers often get upwards of .25 inches temp gains after.
Some guys just see fluctuations in general, both length and girth.

Umm... generally I think 20 minutes warm-up is to much. I've seen many people saying that 15mins should be max. and for ulis it's recommended to do 3 reps for 30-60 seconds8.5" BPEL (8" NBPEL) x 6" MSEG
